Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to email@example.com before May 13th.
No-shows and cancellations made after May 13th will be charged with a 1000 SEK excl. VAT.

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible.

Travel to Stockholm
Stockholm can easily be reached from Arlanda Airport. Please be sure to obtain Swedish Krona (SEK) as Euros are not accepted everywhere in Sweden. VISA or Mastercard payment options are often available but not always American Express.
Arlanda Express is the name of a high-speed train that goes straight between Arlanda Airport and Stockholm. The train is the fastest way into town from the airport. It only takes 20 minutes from the airport to the Central Station in Stockholm.
At the airport, you can buy tickets at Arlanda Visitor Centre or at yellow ticket vending machines.
Price: Adult one way 260 SEK, Return ticket 490 SEK.

Airport shuttle bus – “Flygbussarna”

The conference takes place at Nobel Forum, Nobels väg 1, Karolinska Institutet Campus Solna, Stockholm.
To get to Karolinska Institutet, you may use the following transportation options:

Subway To S:tEriksplan, change to bus 3, 70 or 77
Commuter train To Karlberg station
Airport shuttle busdirectly between Arlanda Airport and Karolinska Institutet (see information above).
