Venue: Nobel Forum, Nobels väg 1
Host: Camilla Björkegren
Title: Condensins and mitotic genome folding
Condensins are a class of large protein complexes that play a fundamental role in mitotic chromosome organization and segregation. In this lecture, I will begin with the discovery of condensins and discuss the emerging mechanisms of action of these mitotic genome folding machines.
